Delivery Timelines
- Standard orders are processed within 24 hours (Mon-Sat).
- Delivery across India: 3-7 business days depending on your city.
- Bridal & customised orders: 7-12 business days.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- Below ₹999 — flat ₹79 shipping fee.
- Cash on Delivery — additional ₹49 handling fee applies (COD available on orders below ₹5000).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS + WhatsApp. You can also track anytime at /track-order.
Delivery Partners
We ship via India Post, Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and other trusted logistics partners depending on your PIN code.
Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned to us because it was undeliverable (incorrect address / repeated non-availability), we'll reach out to arrange re-shipment (nominal fee may apply) or a refund minus original shipping.
International Shipping
